Birria Barbacoa de Chivo Los Compadres - wow. Starting this off with a 5/5 from both Sarah and me.

This was a spot we stopped at for lunch on our way out to Austin. We were thinking something Cajun, like a classic Jambalaya or Étouffée, but came across this place on maps and I had recently tried making Birria style tacos and loved them.

For those unfamiliar with Birria, it is essentially a Consommé, usually from Goat. You have a corn tortilla with a light cheese
